SQL - CREATE DATABASE

The SQL CREATE DATABASE statement is used to create a new SQL database.
The basic syntax of this CREATE DATABASE statement is:
CREATE DATABASE DatabaseName;
For example:
MariaDB [mysql]> CREATE DATABASE testdatabase;
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.00 sec)

Once a database is created, you can check it in the list of databases as follows:
MariaDB [mysql]> SHOW DATABASES;
